Best Italian restaurant in Paris! I celebrated my birthday there and the staff took excellent care of me, I highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful time at dinner tonight! They were very kind to us despite us only knowing English lol. I had the limone pasta and tiramisu, and also tried the gazpacho. Everything was so delicious, service was very prompt, and atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. I had a great time.

Pros: Nice atmosphere on a quiet street in an upscale neighborhood, certainly catering to both locals and those visiting Paris. Has climataseur in the back dining room as well. Cons: Somewhat typical pricing for the neighborhood, around 25€+ per plate, but the quality was not commensurate w/ the price. The pasta was just OK, nothing special. Bit suspect of another Google reviewer to say that the pasta here is better than what they had in Italy. Frankly, I don’t think the pasta here was anywhere close to what I had in Italy. Service is fine, they brought us bread which was kind of wet, not sure why. But whatever, we ate it without complaints and then they never bothered to refill the basket (or the carafe d’eau for that matter). But here was the most annoying part. I go up to pay and the server, an older gentleman with round glasses, turns the console around and says oh you have to do this step first. 10, 15, 20% or something like that, clearly geared towards the American tourists in the St Germain neighborhood and their (unwelcome) habit of percentage tipping. When I hit no tip, he immediately turned the console around to check and was visibly upset and muttered something. Listen, your service was fine/good up until that point, but don’t get all upset when you don’t receive a (very optional) tip for standard-level service. Really sours the whole experience and frankly is a bad habit that needs to be stopped immediately.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Paris. Affordable prices, authentic quality food. A treat at every meal.

A true Italian restaurant with succulent pasta, delicious portions, and unparalleled service. We've been going there since it opened with Anna Bini, and we continue to go with the family. 👏👏👏 to them!
