FYI (following the post about the water carafe) 1. A free carafe of water is mandatory with a meal. Since the decree of June 8, 1967, the "place setting" provided to the customer must include: Bread, Daily water (tap water/carafe of water), Salt and pepper, Cutlery, tablecloths, etc. These items are included in the price of the meal. Therefore, you do not have to pay extra for a carafe of water when you order food.

We went there for a drink and the atmosphere is great!

The bar atmosphere and food were good. However, I was appalled by the manager's behavior. He categorically refused to serve us water, even though we had ordered food and drinks, because "we mustn't give customers bad habits, otherwise they'll just keep asking for water all evening. If you want water, we have Evian."... I've never seen anything like it in my life.
