22/04/2026: The restaurant is beautifully renovated, but the customer service is a complete disaster. Try to use the queue on the left ;-)
We waited 30 minutes (at 12:45 pm on a weekday) to pay... it's appalling!
And then we realized that the young woman behind the till was also handling ice cream, desserts, and children's menus... In short, it's inconceivable to leave her staff to deal with just two people during the lunch rush... There's a real organizational problem in this restaurant, which is a shame because the place has other advantages (price, parking, newly renovated space, children's activities...).
The staff on duty are incredibly brave to accept such poor customer service conditions (yes, in 30 minutes I had time to count: 50 covers served by two people in half an hour), it's not productivity, it's slavery!
Manager and/or director of the establishment, you need to wake up and come help your staff during service! Or hire an extra employee...
This Tuesday at lunchtime, you were conspicuously absent, and your teams received all the negative feedback from your customers instead!
20/04/2026: We came to eat with my children on April 19th and received good service and a warm welcome, especially from the manager and a waitress, Inès, who was friendly and pleasant with my children and me. A good experience overall.
