We're fairly regular customers, and the first time we came, the pizza dough was perfect: nice and soft, and thick. For about two months now, we've been disappointed with the dough; it's very thin, floury, and not very pleasant to eat. It was definitely better before.
I'm giving it four stars because the Italian waiter is very friendly and the desserts are delicious.
It's a shame the bill wasn't correct for what we ordered.
We ordered two set menus: one with a starter, main course, and dessert, and the other with a main course and dessert. The dessert was charged as two separate items, which meant we ended up paying more than we had in our order. A €5.50 tip—I think we were generous enough to deduct a star from the rating. However, it's still a very good restaurant that I recommend. Just be sure to check your bill before you leave.
I highly recommend the truffle cream and parmesan pizza, a real treat, not to mention our very own Olivier 🤣 warm welcome, friendly atmosphere. Thank you Casa Italienne 😍
