Absolutely delicious and really friendly, even when the restaurant was packed. A must-visit in Metz.

The prices are reasonable, the portions are just right, the servers are friendly, and the service is very efficient (it took an hour to be seated, order, be served, and pay). The atmosphere is pleasant, but it gets quite noisy when they're busy. If you arrive at opening time without a reservation, it's fine, but it fills up quickly, so I recommend booking in advance. They have a terrace out front, an indoor dining area, and a second covered terrace in the back. They have vegetarian options and possibly other dietary needs if you ask the person taking your order (see the side dish menu photo below). We ordered orange juice and a carafe of water, carbonara, gorgonzola cream, two bruschetta, a two-scoop ice cream, and a single-scoop ice cream. Visited on 08/09/2026

It took a while to seat people. After waiting 10 minutes for my dessert, I was asked for a coffee, but no one came. I thank the waitress who took the time to explain the menu to me. The mint ice cream was amazing.

The restaurant is only open for lunch, so I highly recommend making a reservation. At 1:30 pm, the time of our appointment, the place was packed. Naturally, it was quite noisy with a huge crowd, but it was a "good kind of noise": the warm, welcoming sound of conviviality and life! It's a truly typical Italian family restaurant. No pizzas here, but a generous selection of homemade dishes. It's hearty, inexpensive, and above all, delicious. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. This isn't just "an" Italian restaurant like any other; it's "THE" Italian restaurant. Absolutely fantastic!

I can't give less than 5 stars to this restaurant, which I've been going to for several years… excellent homemade food, professional and friendly staff, and more than reasonable prices 👍 Remember to book, it's the only way to hope for a table at lunchtime 😉

The food is truly excellent; the dishes are flavorful, well-prepared, and generously portioned. In terms of quality and value for money, there's nothing to criticize; it's flawless (4/5 overall). However, the main drawback is the welcome and service, which are noticeably lacking in warmth and smiles. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to the customers, the experience would be perfect. Nevertheless, I will gladly return for the quality of the food.

Excellent Italian restaurant! 🇮🇹 The pasta is simply divine: fresh, generous portions, and bursting with flavor. The arancini are incredible, crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth on the inside. All this with a warm welcome and a lovely atmosphere. A truly wonderful discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend. I'll gladly return!

An excellent restaurant in Metz for lovers of hearty cuisine. We had a very pleasant time at this establishment. The dishes are flavorful and truly generous. I particularly enjoyed the penne with peas and sundried tomatoes—a real treat. Everything was perfectly prepared with ingredients that seemed carefully selected. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, ideal for a casual meal. I highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of the food and the overall ambiance. We will gladly return.
