The Paris-Brest workshop was well worth the trip! A creation worthy of the finest pastry chefs, with simple and accessible tips. Choux pastry, light and airy whipped buttercream, homemade praline, piping using the piping bag technique, baking secrets—yes, all of this in 2.5 hours for complete beginners! And the result is stunning. I thank La Case à Pain, Julie, and Cindy for this wonderful workshop idea. Go without hesitation; it's really affordable, and you leave with your own Paris-Brest to share at home. A great gift idea... when will you be offering a Tropezienne workshop?

The organic seeded Pétrisane baguette is my guilty pleasure. The drive-through is very convenient. The staff is always friendly and smiling. I've been going there for many years and I've never been disappointed. I recommend it.

I've made it a habit to buy some pastries and especially a small coffee here. I was disappointed to be served recently in a simple glass, like a wine glass, instead of a nice cup as usual. Otherwise, the service is very pleasant and the staff are always smiling. Of course, I congratulate you on your excellent products; keep up the good work!
