Honestly, I can only give a good review since I went there and won in less than 45 minutes, so I left 😁

We had never been to a casino before, and when we asked for information, they couldn't explain it to us and didn't have any staff to help. Spacious area, many modern machines. All digital. Physical "analog" tables were empty. Bathrooms in a reasonably clean state.

It's all about gaming activities.

A good experience at this casino. A wide selection of slot machines for all budgets. Inside, it's buzzing; the machines are flashing and beeping everywhere. Lots of regulars and retirees. Unfortunately, luck wasn't on my side this time!

It's impossible for me to get a promotional game ticket on special days because there's always a small group of regulars waiting for the doors to open at 10:00 AM, and if you arrive even 15 minutes before opening, forget it! The tickets are so limited! Plus, most of these people leave as soon as they get their ticket, only to come back later in the day. So there you have it! I think this system isn't very fair to other people, who might also be regulars like me! Thanks for reading. Sincerely

Good for having fun in moderation: gaming tables, slot machines, friendly staff. Barnet restaurant with reasonable prices.

The valet slammed the door in my face and was rude when I told him I didn't have a tip this time. I tip about half the time, and I was told at reception that tipping isn't mandatory. He hadn't even moved my car from its parking space. Perhaps this reaction is because I'm young, but it's unacceptable. If you want to be paid every time, then make it mandatory. Please pass this message on to the valet parking team.

Very disappointed. The casino had installed a coffee machine, which was convenient and pleasant for customers. Then, without explanation, it was removed. The reason seems obvious: to force customers to buy their coffee at the bar at exorbitant prices. This decision gives an impression of pettiness and greed.
