I went last week and I wasn't disappointed at all! The staff recommended several classic and premium coffees that perfectly matched my tastes. A fantastic find!

So I'm removing two stars. As a very good customer for several years, I'm very disappointed because today I realized that a tea I bought was priced at €235, but I had already left the store. So I wanted to exchange it given the price! A tall, thin, dark-haired salesman with very long hair literally told me no! So I asked for a refund, and he also said no! The person who served me, a lovely little man with a small, pointed mustache, was very upset that no gesture of goodwill was offered. He even asked this person for a small discount voucher for next time, but again, he categorically refused. The poor man even offered to make me a coffee at the end, and this person again said no. I find this inconceivable for a regular customer, and I can tell you, you only need to look at my account to see how much of a valued customer I am. This person has absolutely no sense of customer service. Thanks again to the young man who served me. A very good young salesman, in any case, but the other one... Thank you!

We came today on the recommendation of a colleague and couldn't resist trying some of the teas and coffees. The welcome was fantastic; we were served by a patient young man who gave us excellent advice. We'll definitely be back! 🫶🏼
