For this level of hotel, I expected better... It seemed to me that we could make an effort on the presentation. So yes the decor is nice but the poorly hung socket, the leaking shower palm and other similar details bothered me. And being disturbed in the room even though I said I was in a meeting is the ultimate! I was disappointed with my stay

Hotel located less than 10 minutes walk from the airport. On the other hand, to get to the city center, it is advisable to take the tram located below the hotel and to be a little patient because the journey takes 40 minutes. The rooms are well equipped and the bedding is pleasant. The breakfast is generous with a buffet with a large choice. Nothing to complain about, everything was very good.

Great overnight stay very close to the airport. Very convenient to catch flight early next morning. Just 300 to 400 feet away from Tram A Stop: Caroline Aigle, which is just one stop (3 to 4 minutes) away from Bordeaux Aeroport stop. So there was convenience from all sides. Room 303 (where i stayed), was very stylistic in sense. Some kind of wooden glowing tree gave a good feeling. Toilets were clean. They also provided kettle, & tea material for having hot drink in room. Over all environment was nice & quite. Didn't have any dinner (or breakfast) so unable to comment on food and dinning services etc. Staff was welcoming and nice.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel pour fêter nos 15 ans de vie commune. Un petit message dans notre chambre pour nous souhaiter notre anniversaire et un surclassement… de très délicates attentions. Hotel très bien insonorisé malgré la proximité de l’aéroport. Le petit déjeuner a beaucoup de choix. Merci pour ce moment

Très belle chambre propre . Et pas de bruit. Et repas très bon. Personnel à l'écoute et très sympa.

L'hôtel est très bien, les chambres au top. La seule chose négative, c'est le service au bar. Les tables ne sont pas débarrassée alors qu'il y a deux barman derrière le bar qui attendent les commandes. Il manque juste qu'ils sortent leur téléphone pour aller sur insta. C'est limite pour un 4 étoiles.

Une nuit géniale dans la suite.Intérieur de l'hôtel magnifique mais il faudrait penser à nettoyer légèrement la terrasse. Les chaises sont toutes pleines d'aiguilles de pin et les quelques cendriers sont pleins.
