What can I say? The staff were excellent, from the shuttle to the reception and the restaurant. A huge thank you to the trio of girls—they'll recognize themselves, I think—you were perfect for our morale! And to Mr. Jean-Michel, I believe 🤔. We've found our transit point for our holiday departures, well, when we can actually leave! 😂 We had three difficult days, and thankfully they were lovely. The room was nice, the restaurant was good. One small issue: when you order the "express" breakfast, please specify to guests that it's just a mini pastry and a bottle of water in the room?

The staff is very pleasant and kind. The hotel is right next to the airport, which is fantastic. However, the room cleaning was very lax. This was deeply surprising and disappointing for a hotel in this category. Overall, the hotel is still pleasant, but more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness.

As an Accor member I receive about 4 emails a week before a stay asking me to check-in early to save time etc. So, I filled everything in and arrived at the hotel. After 10 minutes waiting in a queue, I was given two pieces of paper to fill in for my included parking. Both were meant to be filled in by the hotel. I was then asked if I'd like breakfast...I declined but asked if I could have a table for dinner. I was told I had to book this with the barman - who was busy serving a group of conference attendees. As I was about to leave the desk, I was asked if I had stayed there before. About 4 times in the last three months as it happened. Obviously, no pre checkin work by the hotel.. The privilege room was hot even with the a/c on low. The rooms are noisy...mainly due to doors slamming. To use the toilet (separate from bathroom) requires three doors to be opened and closed. Every room above, below and at each side can be heard. Please be prompt for the shuttle to the airport, we were told. The driver strolled out eleven minutes late. The desk staff were warm and helpful. I came with my small dog, something I thought I had selected on the ALL app to notify the hotel in advance. Things were sorted out immediately and we enjoyed a peaceful stay before our long flights. The shuttle to the airport was much appreciated.

The rooms and shared spaces are quite outdated, and really not my taste, check the pictures in advance. But it’s clean. No shuttle for the 6am flights so had to walk to the airport. For this price there are some much better options in the area..

The rooms were adequate and well soundproofed, but the bathrooms were basic and a bit cleaner (there was a hair in the bathtub). The location was ideal. The parking lot was huge and secure. The downside was the room service. Mercure prices are fine. But there's a gap between the photos and the reality, which this hotel doesn't seem to have. (Just compare the photo of the dish and what you get.) The "tomato and burrata trio" consisted of a single, tasteless tomato and burrata. The gravlax was shameful. It was made up of tiny pieces of salmon (we weren't even sure it was salmon) that were incredibly salty and tasted like nothing but salt. The photos speak for themselves… We had to ask for one of the desserts that was on the bill but wasn't served. (The chocolate mousse had no chocolate flavor.) In short, it would be okay for one night, but without the appalling room service. They might as well have done nothing at all than charged for this kind of meal.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms, a restaurant serving excellent food, a superb breakfast, and a very friendly bartender.

Beautiful hotel, nicely renovated inside. The restaurant was very mediocre; the daily special was really disappointing. Half a young rooster with a tiny leg and a bit of breast meat, all undercooked!
