I have been coming to this casino for a while, on a personal level:
- the majority are friendly and pleasant
- one person particularly marked me because he was very unpleasant with my grandmother who comes regularly and rarely asks for anything! She was with 4 people who all had their drinks offered, my grandmother nothing, she was turned away unpleasantly and yet she has been a customer of this casino since the opening.
From what I see, quite a few people agree with the staff's concerns.
Hygiene level:
-The toilets are often not clean, you should be a little more careful.
And it's not to be a rat, but in all the casinos I've been to, drinks were regularly offered, it's the least you can do when you're spending so much money in a place. It would be nice to be more of a trader.
For a business trip, for an outing on a Wednesday evening I drive 30km of country road to take a short trip with the aim of having a few games and a restaurant, I play and at 7:30 p.m. I ask to eat at the restaurant, but the answer is that the restaurant is closed. So I ended up at McDonald's when I returned to my hotel.
Clean store, large parking lot, you can find everything from regional products, friendly and smiling staff, the prices are reasonable...for a small town supermarket
