The casino isn't very big, but the selection of machines is varied and the atmosphere is pleasant. Furthermore, the staff are very friendly.

We ate at "Le Bistroquet," a restaurant attached to the casino. The view was lovely, the food decent, but the waiters' attire struck us as odd: is it normal to serve in jogging pants?

A professional get-together on the JOA terrace with a breathtaking view of the Needle and a live sunset. The waitress, Emanuele, is very friendly, smiling, and attentive. That's why it has 4 stars. However, the terrace itself has no charm and doesn't particularly invite you to linger.

I honestly don’t understand why this place has such a low rating. The mussels were incredibly delicious, and the cider was amazing — I’ve never tried anything quite like it before. Even though we arrived right before closing, the staff told us the kitchen was almost closed, but they could still make us one dish each. Everything else around was already closed, but they kindly let us eat and prepared the most delicious mussels. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try more dishes, but based on this experience, this place definitely deserves a much higher rating on Google!

We had a delicious meal. The waiter was super friendly. Beautiful location. However, the portion of salmon as a starter was a bit meager. Still very tasty.

The only place for entertainment in this city. I was surprised by the casino concept; it's very bright and the windows are open. Overall, it's suitable for relaxation.

A truly beautiful place, with lovely facilities. Special mention goes to the staff, who, from the terrace service to the games room, were incredibly kind. They offered a wide range of services, all of them excellent. Thank you to the lady who served us on the terrace that day, a blonde woman with glasses, who was very kind and welcoming. What a pleasure! We will definitely be back.

06/06/2026: Our stay was admittedly short, but it was very pleasant. The room was spotless, as was the shower, and the bed was also comfortable, which is important to me, especially after a long day. The host's welcome was warm, friendly, and pleasant; we thank him for his good humor. I highly recommend it, thank you again!

30/06/2026: A beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Super friendly, accommodating staff. The Sunday brunch was to die for. Highly recommended!
30/05/2026: DISAPPOINTED. We arrived during a heat wave and were told there was no air conditioning due to concern for the environment, and we were advised to open the windows. The room was intolerably warm during the day and still uncomfortable at night. There were no screens on the windows so all the insects flew in. Additionally, there were bedside reading lights and small lamps, but you couldn't turn them on independently. There was one master switch that turned on all of the lights, and you couldn't use the reading lamps without the bank of overhead lights being on at the same time. So, one person sleeping while the other reads a book with the aid of a discreet bedside lamp was not an option. The breakfast was €22 per person and there were no lunch or brunch options after 10:00. They only have the same limited menu that is offered at dinner. When you ordered on the terrace bar, they immediately charged your card before serving you and we weren't allowed to start a 'tab' for our group. While we were there, they were hedging every part of the property with a loud, gas hedge trimmer for two days, which began before 8:00. Of course, we had the windows open so this was very disruptive and sleeping in was not an option.
