It was a good hour's drive to discover this restaurant, and it was very good. The staff was fantastic 👌 The meal was very good and generous. Stylish decor. And I ordered the Pesan, like the gentleman who was criticizing it, and it was very good 😛😛

If you're passing through, this restaurant is a must-visit when you're in Pouzauges. A warm welcome, nice decor, and a friendly atmosphere. We ate local mogette beans! A generous meal.

We had a great time, the food was delicious, and the waitress was bubbly and full of humor. The apple pie was delicious 😋

There are some real positives: the decor is nice, it's clean, and the welcome and service are absolutely perfect. However, the problem lies with the quality of the food. Our salad meal... bagged salad, very bland baby potatoes, processed cheese, tasteless tomatoes, and very mediocre foie gras. So, the value for money is really poor. A shame.

18/06/2026: Bathroom needs renovation. Good bedding. Average breakfast, not much variety. The hotel needs a refresh, but its advantage is being 17 km from Puy du Fou, in a quiet location with a beautiful view.
08/06/2026: They have new owners and they are moving in the right direction but still have a bit to go. The food was good but still needs a little more refinement. Good selection of wines and beer. The best thing about this location is the amazing view. I'm going back again because I believe that they are truly changing for the best. Bonne chance.
