Very good typical sweets and there are also vegan ones. The girl is very friendly and knows how to speak Spanish. I recommend it

Great vegan options so I was very excited but the staff was rude and not only to me. Y you have to line up outside to order and go inside to pay and nothing is obvious but if you do the wrong thing, they get annoyed and yell at you. Ruined the experience for me. Why work in customer service if you so obviously hate dealing with people?

Kindness at its best. We caught them closing, after closing time... and they served us with a big smile. 100% attitude

Although the product is good, the staff could not be more unfriendly. We arrived at 6:10 p.m. when the place closes at 7 p.m. (eating a Canaille and a coffee doesn't take more than 15 minutes), it was raining heavily and we wanted to go into the place to have a coffee and a sweet and the guy told us that No, we ordered it from the window and ate it outside because "shortly" (50 minutes) they were closing.... We went and ate it in one that is 400m away from the Plaza de la Victoria where they served us two super kind and friendly guys.
