I stopped for a glass of Monbazillac, which was good. The terrace is pleasant. However, there's a lot of shouting at the bar inside, which is very unwelcome, especially on market day.

Very warm welcome, smiling service, excellent cuisine with very generous portions. It's a shame they're not open in the evenings this year because of the heat.

The Cat Nat Café is a truly authentic place... A lovely wooden terrace, always adorned with flowers, overlooking the village market hall, perfect for lunch or a creamy, smooth coffee... The ristretto is extra, but the warm banter and ever-present smiles of Cathy and Nathalie are included. Today, I opted for the daily special... Shrimp with homemade mayonnaise and Caesar salad for a hearty, delicious, and affordable lunch (under €20). For those with a sweet tooth, I also recommend the whole duck breast, as good as Grandma's. The ribeye steak is excellent too. In short, a simple and authentic café/brasserie for locals and tourists alike...
