The place has a very good atmosphere and the food is pretty good, we ordered the fondue, I recommend it! It comes with boiled potatoes, charcuterie and salad. The waiters were nice and helped us choosing what to order. The only thing that we didn’t like, is that we booked a table in advanced and they didn’t sit us in the main dining hall, they put us in a high table which was uncomfortable near the entrance, they said there weren’t other available tables in the main hall but after a few minutes, another group came in and the waiter gave them the “last table” (so in fact there was an available table but they didn’t want us to be there). I think that when you make a reservation in this type of restaurants, they should warn you if there is not a normal table available, for us it was part of the experience to sit in the main dining hall as it had a very nice decoration.

A must-visit restaurant in Le Praz. Amazing local Savoyard cuisine. Brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Surprisingly good value for the area too. Best meal we had. Fondue was amazing.

Quality and quantity are there in a natural setting of magnificent vaulted cellars. Typically Savoyard dishes. Very friendly staff. To sum up, a very good time.

Wonderful food experience in this cosy stone-vaulted room. As a group, we went for raclette and fondue and they serve raclette the traditional way with hot wood coal. As I do not eat cheese, the manager was super nice and offered a replacement with delicious meat! The “all you can eat” salad and cold cuts were of the highest quality. We also sampled all the deserts, except ice cream. Walnut pie is amazing, gâteau de Savoie deliciously spongy, meringue is average. We would recommend this place to anyone!

We had an amazing Raclette dinner. The staff were friendly, the service excellent, the prices great, and the (entirely local) food was a 10/10.

This was our 2nd visit to this place. Always very friendly welcome, authentic setting, the dishes offered are excellent made with local products. We had a great time away from the bling bling places! Provided that this place does not disappear, we recommend it without hesitation and we will come back!!!
