25/06/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant today, having been familiar with this franchise in several cities. Our satisfaction was below average. The service was far too slow, even though the restaurant was only half full. Despite this, we waited for our dessert. We couldn't get a receipt; it would be sent to our email address, even though they don't have it. There was no itemized bill... This restaurant isn't part of the "La Bonne App" loyalty program, unlike many other Hippopotamus restaurants. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Restaurant Tea Room Hug

27/06/2026: So, everything is fine in terms of food, service, and price, but there's no ventilation or the ventilation is faulty, and the heat is almost unbearable.
27/06/2026: We went to Hug restaurant with a couple of friends to try their famous steak tartare. No complaints there. However, the stifling heat in the restaurant somewhat spoiled our meal. I think the owner should consider investing in an air conditioning system or efficient ventilation soon. When you see all the customers trying to cool off with fans and menus, not to mention those splashing water on their faces in the restrooms... I think this situation needs serious consideration.
