Everything was perfect when we ate there. The service was friendly and fast, not too loud, and they had very tasty local beer and delicious regional dishes. We were very satisfied. The snails are highly recommended – really delicious.

02/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, the welcome was perfect and the service impeccable. We enjoyed a superb sauerkraut with three types of fish, and the dessert was delicious. The wines were perfect. I highly recommend this establishment.

22/02/2026: Very well received, you need to have an appetite, very well served.
05/02/2026: A regular at Ribeauvillé restaurants, I had never been to this one before. Open on Sunday evenings, the service was efficient and friendly. The dining room inside is warm and inviting. The portions are (very) generous—what more could you ask for? The cordon bleu with Munster cheese was a triumph. I will gladly return!
