The Petrossian house is the best you can dream of for everything related to high-end delicatessen products.
Their smoked salmon is the best you can find in Paris, my favorite being the “Tzar à la Caucasienne” cut salmon heart.
But what is the highlight of this house’s know-how is the caviar!
It is by far THE best caviar in the capital, this attention to detail and intransigence which are a guarantee of excellence are found in the selection of sturgeon eggs.
They come from different species and result in these little wonders which sparkle like little black, gray or green diamonds in their emblematic blue box.
Imperial Ossetra is one of the best in my opinion, its diameter, its texture, its perfume, its very particular flavor make it an incomparable delight!
I obviously highly recommend this incomparable house.
