The chef demonstrates his mastery of the craft with all his expertise, creating dishes that are bold in flavor and perfectly balanced with excellent flavor combinations. We had a wonderful evening yesterday. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The ingredients were high quality and the cuisine was refined, with delicious dishes. The setting was very pleasant, we were comfortably seated, and the service was impeccable: welcoming, attentive, and professional. A big thank you to Mélodie and Cindy for their warm welcome and kindness, as well as to Chef Cédric for the excellent cuisine. Thank you to the entire team for a truly enjoyable experience. We have dined at L’Envie several times over the past three years and have always been satisfied. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented, and the service is pleasant. A special mention goes to the truffle menu, which is excellent.

A superb discovery during our getaway to the Giens peninsula. We opted for the summer truffle tasting menu, and each dish was a delight. Originality, precise cooking, and masterful flavors. Delicious dishes served by two very friendly and helpful hostesses. The wine pairing also won us over so much that we went to buy more from the producer the next day! A truly wonderful evening, a tranquil atmosphere on a charming street. We will definitely be back!
