We were regular customers but increasingly disappointed given the regular hiccups in the orders: edamame not cooked enough, confusion in the fish used in the rolls (salmon instead of tuna)... But, we decided always said that mistakes could happen... Our order yesterday was one too many. Arriving late (as is increasingly common), we had canned tuna instead of fresh tuna in our crusty california; it really wasn't good. I consciously checked my order to make sure it was not an error on my part and was able to confirm that it was not. This product does not exist in their catalog; they therefore voluntarily replaced fresh tuna with canned tuna. Clearly abused and dishonest!
Having been to lots of Japanese restaurants and going there regularly, I can assure you that the quality of the products and the taste of the dishes are really great! ☺️ + the managers/employees are really super welcoming and friendly. I recommend! 😁
