Superb aligot, excellent homemade fries, top-notch waiters!

The food was incredible, the homemade fries were to die for! I had a huge burger, the plate was full and it was huge, plus the staff were super friendly and there was a view of the Tarn and the cliffs... In short, I'll be back.

A fantastic time at this brasserie on November 9th. The food was of excellent quality, made with local ingredients, and the team was dynamic and very friendly. Highly recommended.

We arrived around 1:30 PM… not many people at the table given the time of year and the late hour. We thought the kitchen was closed, but no, the owner gave us a warm welcome and invited us to sit down. The owner loves his job and enjoys sharing it with others 😊

Arriving late (2:00 p.m.), we were immediately greeted and checked in. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was very friendly, yet professional. Try the aligot!

In the unpleasant rain, we parked our motorcycles to enjoy a hot coffee. The owner has a great, slightly caustic sense of humor, just the way we like it! We returned the next day in the sunshine, and the restaurant was packed! We were bracing ourselves for the possibility of being turned away, as we hadn't made a reservation. They gave us a table with huge smiles! They were efficient, professional, and above all, the chef was fantastic! In the end, we had a good snack without too much of a wait, considering how busy it was.
