A very warm welcome! And open in November!

A fantastic time at this brasserie on November 9th. The food was of excellent quality, made with local ingredients, and the team was dynamic and very friendly. Highly recommended.

We arrived around 1:30 PM… not many people at the table given the time of year and the late hour. We thought the kitchen was closed, but no, the owner gave us a warm welcome and invited us to sit down. The owner loves his job and enjoys sharing it with others 😊

Arriving late (2:00 p.m.), we were immediately greeted and checked in. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was very friendly, yet professional. Try the aligot!

Under a nasty rain, we park our motorcycles to drink a hot coffee. The owner has a great sense of humor, a bit caustic, just the way we like it! We come back the next day with the sun, the restaurant is packed! We prepare to be turned away, we hadn't booked. We are given a table with a smile on our face! They are efficient, professional, and above all, the cook is great! In the end, we had a good snack without too much of a wait considering the crowd.

A 3+, actually. The food (lunch) itself was delicious. Generous portions. However, the cheese salad came with two pieces of toast with cheese. The toast was completely burnt black on the underside. The side also had a black edge, clearly visible. We were offered coffee as compensation. We didn't want that. I would have preferred not to have received any burnt product. Nevertheless, we were charged the full amount. This should never have been served like that. The service, however, was excellent and correct. It's a shame.

This brasserie has a lovely location and is also very good! We both ordered a Lozère salad, and not only was it generous, but the ingredients were fresh! For the price, it was a great culinary experience. In fact, we agreed to make our own Lozère salad once we got home. Admittedly, it was just a salad, but it turned out very well, and again, the ingredients were fresh.

Despite a busy service, we were warmly welcomed with 4 children and 2 dogs! The dishes were generous and featured local ingredients (Aubrac beef, aligot, Pelardon cheese...).
