A very good estaminet, homemade dishes, pleasant service, a warm atmosphere

Very good food, a flowing Welsh just the way we like it, especially fresh and not reheated, tasty hair fries, a white lady waffle that I find just as I imagine it... Well done for that... We perhaps regret too much meat on the menu, non-barbaque people will have little choice. Being a bit of a stickler because I'm responsible, consuming very moderately, I quickly looked at the dishes that didn't interest me. However, few dishes, a sign of quality found on the plate... Suggesting a vegetarian Welsh would be relevant, and note that the real Welsh recipe does not use eggs... The entry in the mouth was a bit ridiculous (falafels)... Instead, suggest a small homemade design... In short, a cuisine that is worth the detour, we also expect a good homemade puree as an accompaniment... The service for this Sunday was OK, a little mechanical perhaps. A lack of heat? 5 stars for me characterize excellence, so I qualify my rating.
