Situated in the centre of town it has indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent choice of wines, spirits or coffee. Very friendly staff and clients. An enjoyable place to sit and relax.

05/04/2024: First visit after going to L'Ecurie for over 20 years until owners retired. Impressed, we'll return. Lovely chunky piece of cod.

La Breteche

01/04/2024: We have been visiting "Le Breteche" in Hesdin at irregular intervals for over two years, today for the planned "Easter Menu". The bottom line, consistent and very good cuisine with a lot of handwork and excellent wines (currently recommended: a 2022 Savignon Blanc from Jean Michel Sorbe "Quincy"). Today's menu was a gastronomic recommendation, whether the Saint Jaques with green asparagus, the smoked salmon alongside foie gras, fantastic lamb (rotie) and fillet turbo in champagne sauce...accompanied by a warm and very attentive service. An absolute recommendation...
22/03/2024: I was invited by friends. A pleasant discovery: tasty cuisine, attentive and friendly waitress, fast service. And the icing on the cake: it's open on Monday.
