Very welcoming staff. The chalet atmosphere and hotel decor are very pleasant, as is the lounge where you can enjoy the fireplace.

We were there the last weekend of November, so it was off-season. The hotel is magnificent! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal, and the lounge is beautiful and inviting! The breakfast is excellent. The spa is lovely. And for us, a huge plus was the dog-friendly policy. We have a large dog weighing over 45 kg, and they welcomed us with a smile and had no problems at all!
