It deserves a 6th star for the exemplary service and outstanding staff. Every little detail is well thought off.

The rooms are fabulous, but there's still a lack of hooks, and the presence of a portable heater in the bathroom is in poor taste. Replace the existing stone radiators, which are very attractive but completely unsuitable for properly heating the bathrooms, with ACOVA towel warmers of appropriate power, including a BOOST function and a remote control. These are the reasons for the 4-star rating for the rooms and the overall 4-star rating. Otherwise, absolutely nothing to complain about. The "bar" menu has been improved and offers a wider selection, which is great. The staff is still as kind and helpful as ever. One minor drawback is the bar service, which can sometimes be very slow once the order is placed. THAT DOESN'T STOP ME FROM BOOKING FOR 2027

Spent a week in the hotel for the 3rd time. Amazing food, cosy and comfy rooms, great location, everything you’d expect from a high-end hotel like this!

Rooms alll fantastic and great for families. Service was always great apart from the Whitney Bar, where it was always dreadfully slow. A short 5 minute walk to the ski hire shop and slopes. Would definitely return. Family trip. Great value for money.

Superb establishment. The staff is very friendly, and the decor is sublime throughout the hotel. The spa is very pleasant; the pool is very large. The rooms and bedding are very comfortable. Everything is done to make your stay easy: shuttle to the chairlift. The breakfast is very good; you can tell everything is homemade. The bar is also very pleasant, with a pianist in the evening. Thank you again for this exceptional weekend!

An absolutely wonderful stay 🤩 From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm, attentive, and perfectly executed. We immediately felt expected and looked after, almost like we were at home… but in a luxurious version. The spaces are splendid, elegant, and soothing, designed down to the smallest detail. Every thoughtful touch is discreet and contributes to making the experience truly unique. A huge thank you to all the staff: - the reception team and valets, always smiling, available, and kind, - the housekeeping team, impeccable, discreet, and efficient, - the Whitney Bar team, for its ambiance and warm welcome, - and the Ursus team, with a special mention to Chef Clément Bouvier and his team, for an exceptional gastronomic experience, as precise as it was generous. Un endroit magique.. superbe séjour...

Absolutely exceptional, a true gem. Every time I come to the spa, I'm delighted to see Margaux again. She's gentle, very professional, and all this despite her young age: at just 21, she handles everything with great dedication. The spa is always immaculate, clean, and never crowded, which makes the experience even more pleasant and relaxing. We're always welcomed with such thoughtful touches: a complimentary tea, along with a little treat... I love it. I adore this place; it's a truly blissful experience every time I visit.

My friend and I came here for ski at Tignes and Val d’ Isère and booked the room here. This hotel is absolutely amazing “Clean” and feel comfortable to sleep. Also have Michelin star restaurant “Ursus” which created incredible dish. We enjoyed the dinner so much. Ski room is very convenient too.
