Each time you pass through the valley, this place is enchanting. What could be better after a hike to stop on a terrace, a blanket on your back, with a view of the mountain, while tasting Pépé Nicolas' ice cream? Entertainment for children with animals, and rest for adults. Choice on the menu, for meals and dessert. Souvenir shop open on site. Accessible by hiking trail or road (apparently the Saint Martin - Val Thorens bus stops at the bottom of the car park, but to be confirmed...). Often a lot of people, so the service can sometimes seem a little long; but it’s so good!!!!! And the mountain is sublime with patience!

What a magical place for children and adults. The garden and its surroundings are maintained wonderfully well. The very cozy restaurant is very welcoming as are its staff. The menu offers dishes entirely with local products. A real treat for the taste buds. We will come back for sure.

On the way back from our hike to Lac du Lou, we stopped at the Pépé Nicolas farm! The terrace is superb, beautiful view, very friendly welcome with attentive staff. The dishes are good and generous. The children's menu is a real meal and not just fried nuggets. We didn't have the chance to visit the farm due to bad weather, but we will return! Any advice? Remember to book ;-)

We carried out 3 activities at Pépé Nicolas: the campfire, the visit to the farm and the milking of the goats. The children particularly enjoyed the campfire where they were able to taste grilled marshmallows for the first time, a real delight! The stories are interesting and it's a very convivial moment. The visit to the farm and the garden are informative (I will take inspiration from your garden for permaculture 😁.) The explanations are clear and fascinating, we feel that it comes from the heart! The children loved petting the goats in the afternoon, especially since we can see that they are not wild and are waiting for cuddles! The downside for us was undoubtedly the snack we had to have at the restaurant...A waiter seated us at a table and I think he forgot us...after more than half an hour of waiting to get the map and multiple calls to remind him that we were there; we finally left without eating. We were on vacation and not within 5 minutes but we did not appreciate that a table of 11 people arrived 15 minutes after us and were served quickly while we were still paying attention to our menu 🙄.

Superb place! Nestled in the mountain with stunning views! Restaurant with local products and super welcoming staff! We even went back for a snack, it’s so peaceful! But for a meal, go there too because the menu is a treat!
