Chalet de Beauregard sur Ustou

We were advised to go there for the atmosphere and the setting. Well, we left this restaurant disappointed. A simply incredible setting with all the mountains but it remains there. The cold welcome, not a smile, an almost non-existent hello. No follow-up in the meal. One person in our group did not have these fries, after 3 requests we preferred to give up. Our dessert arrived “burning” the waiter told us that this was completely normal for a blueberry pie. It’s a real shame because this restaurant could be a hit.

Paul and Julie are as generous in their cooking as in their conviviality! An unmissable place where the crafted flavors of the land and the breathtaking panorama mingle. Meals should be reimbursed by social security rather than all anxiety!

Not to miss ! A splendid view in summer and winter, The staff are absolutely brilliant The quality of the products is really great! We had two full menus for €39 plus a children's menu. We feasted ! We really have no regrets and recommend it to the family who comes every year! Thank you for this moment 🐌

This restaurant really is quite a fabulous place with magnificent views and excellent food! When there is snow it's even better because we go there on skis and we enjoy the terrace when the weather is nice! We go there regularly but this beginning of January was perfect oysters, pan-fried foie gras, grilled prime rib 🤩

Great restaurant, good meal, just a shame that one of the waiters was not in a good mood and seemed to be annoyed at the slightest request (ashtray, addition of a dessert, etc.).

beautiful place, superb view, impeccable service, but too bad about the dishes, my tartiflette was bathed in oil. Value for money not great, you can't take a la carte.

Un endroit à ne pas rater lors d un séjour, une vue époustouflante....et la cuisine.... Copieuse, délicieuse... on en ressort le ventre bien rempli!! L accueil, très sympathique , le personnel est très serviable. Nous y reviendrons c est sûr !!!
