Chalet de Beauregard sur Ustou

A lovely time spent with the family after a 2km hike up the trail. A warm welcome from the owners and excellent home cooking! The breathtaking view adds to the charm of the place!

The homemade meals are very good; in the evening they mainly serve tapas, but it's worth the trip.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The mountain views are simply breathtaking and made the meal even more enjoyable. The welcome was incredibly warm: the entire team was friendly, smiling, and very accommodating. We were accompanied by our dog, who was also very well received, which we particularly appreciated. As for the food, it was a real treat! The dishes were delicious, prepared with seasonal ingredients and bursting with flavor. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend. Thank you to the whole team for this lovely experience!

A small group of biker friends, touring the Ariège region, had lunch in this magical place. The access via a dirt track, which might seem surprising at first, leads to breathtaking surrounding scenery. The food was top-notch, and the owner was exceptional. Don't change a thing!
