A very good time in a pleasant setting

Excellent value for money at this restaurant, I highly recommend it.

A true Forez institution, always a must-visit for lunch or dinner. Understated elegance and a natural, refined style. Consistently flawless, despite the years (the privilege of mastered experience). A serene atmosphere. A pure delight.

A truly wonderful place. We celebrated a family birthday there. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. The only downside was the slightly cold atmosphere when we arrived. I highly recommend this place!

The calm and pleasant setting was perfect for conversation; from appetizer to dessert, it was a delight, not a single flaw, we savored every bite of our meal. What was particularly appreciated was the kindness and simplicity with which the chef greeted us at the end of dinner and offered a bowl of water for our little puppy, along with one of his amusing little anecdotes.

A restaurant with refined menus, average price €30, tables set with a vintage feel, especially the glassware. The decor isn't very welcoming. The chef's approach is excellent.

The place is very cozy and the food is very good. The presentation is also excellent. The waiter is very friendly. I even discovered a really good hot sauce. Just one small drawback: the kitchen noises are a little noticeable!

This lunch was incredibly long. Arrived at 12 pm and left at 2:45 pm. The dining room was lovely, but the surrounding area and terrace were very poorly maintained. It's a shame to put such pretty white tablecloths on the tables and then leave cardboard boxes and other debris on the terrace for customers to see. At dessert time, drilling work started in the kitchen, creating a deafening and very unpleasant noise in the dining room. Finally, at the checkout, there were no questions or any interest in our feelings or our experience; just an amount announced and the sound of the card reader. I won't be returning. But I must commend the restaurant owner; it's not easy, I understand, but sometimes simple things can greatly improve the customer experience.

We appreciated the Tuesday evening opening and the good value for money. Everyone enjoyed the dishes. However, the welcome was cold. And we much preferred the pre-renovation dining rooms!
