Chalet Hotel le Collet sur Xonrupt-Longemer

Very nice hotel, well located, very quiet, with a Spa. Superior rooms and suites, varied, local and generous cuisine. Three downsides however, the stifling heat, particularly in the rooms, forced to open the window in the evening to hope to sleep, the menus are of great quality, but sometimes with questionable sequences and too little diversity and the little empathy encountered ( to remain courteous) when asking reception on the trails passable in winter from the hotel.

Very good services, at more than affordable prices. €20 for 2 hours of spa.

Top hotel with its SPA, bar and restaurant 5 minutes from the Bresse-Honneck slopes. Very comfortable and quiet. We had a pleasant stay. Varied and hearty breakfast

Second consecutive year at Le Collet. This year we came with friends to introduce them to this gem. They remained spellbound. Everything is perfect. Room, catering, spa, reception, staff. The only downside is the billing for the use of charging stations. We will come back again with friends. Happy season to the entire Collet team.

Weekend spent with a beech box.. Wonderful welcome and all the staff are extremely friendly and competent. Comfortable and pretty room. Very clean and very well maintained hotel. Extremely pretty and functional spa, a pure moment of pleasure. The meal was excellent and a small problem with the wine was quickly rectified by the dining room team. Very quality breakfast with lots of local and homemade products. Thank you and we look forward to coming back for a second top experience Just missing the little soaps in the room to bring back to the children when we get home 😅

First stay in this wonderful hotel to start the new year as it should be! We have already tested several hotels of this type and in this price range and the Chalet le Collet hotel is a very beautiful complex. The renovated part where we stayed is very pleasant, a mix between cozy and modern with the charm of stones and wood, everything I like. We had a very good night with quality bedding and despite the storm outside it was calm which is a very important point for me. The room was very clean and spacious, the small lounge area in front of the TV was very nice. The separate WC is a real plus. The spa area is nice, when there are no crowds otherwise the pool can quickly get crowded and the water was a little cool (I'm quite cold), the Nordic bath outside is a must have this spa. The little herbal tea and detox water counter is great! We ate at the restaurant and the dishes were very good. The breakfast was good with local products, that’s also a real plus! The staff was professional from start to finish of the stay. Now there are no really negative points but I will highlight a few areas for improvement for a hotel of this standard: - trying to clear the snow from the outside parking lot was quite dangerous because it was icy in certain places and you had to be lucky that someone would go to find a place. - regarding breakfast there was no bacon and scrambled eggs or omelettes, we saw one person ordering some which allowed us to do so but this is not mentioned anywhere it's a shame, it was not there was no orange juice, no pastries and moreover the jam containers were not sufficient either in general the buffet could be expanded but here I am talking in comparison to the Austrian buffets that we are used to to have in 4-star hotels which are very complete. - perhaps add a Nordic bath outside because this type of bath is very popular so several people could enjoy it at the same time. - provide a Nespresso type coffee machine in the superior rooms and small kits placed in the bathroom containing shower gel, shampoo, etc. We will return with pleasure to this charming and quality hotel, ideally located and if like us you are lucky that it snows you will feel like you are in a fairy tale.

L'endroit et juste un coin de paradis au milieu des montagne , magnifique , que ce soit l'hôtel ou la restauration, surtout la restauration petit mot pour le petit serveur barbue , qui nous a fait passer un moment sublime , souriant ,motivé, et qui a de la repartie , un serveur qu'on n'oublie pas !!
