Chalet Hotel le Collet sur Xonrupt-Longemer

A snowy weekend at this lovely hotel and restaurant. The staff were attentive, and the food was delicious. A very enjoyable time.

Incredible stay at this hotel! The staff is very kind, attentive, and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The spa is relaxing and peaceful, and the massages are simply amazing. We had an incredible room with two balconies offering a stunning view! We were lucky enough to arrive during a snowy weekend, and the hotel's location meant we could easily go for a walk right behind the hotel, enjoying a fantastic hike. The hotel is very clean. If you're looking for a place to disconnect from everyday life and recharge, this is the perfect spot. I highly recommend it!

A very nice hotel in a great location. Quiet and close to lovely walks. We stayed two nights in a small room as it was the only one available for the dates we wanted. I wasn't disappointed at all, as it was very well appointed. Nothing was missing. Everything was well designed. I loved the presentation of the bedding 👍 I copied the idea: THANK YOU! We had dinner at the restaurant. The cuisine was excellent, refined, and sophisticated. The dishes were beautifully presented with lovely tableware. The service was friendly and relaxed. The atmosphere was welcoming. The staff knew how to serve gourmet cuisine with a natural touch: THANK YOU! Breakfast: a must! THANK YOU for the varied selection of homemade products. Nothing was lacking. It was excellent! The spa offers services worthy of a 4-star hotel. It's clean and well-maintained with quality materials: THANK YOU! I've been trying to think of something to suggest... but I have to say, for a 3-star spa hotel, there's nothing to complain about! BRAVO! You've won us over, and we'll be back. Any wish perhaps? A small bowl of Vosges candies in the room or at reception 😉 And to conclude, if I had to make just one wish for your future, it would be to take care of that 4th star! Not that I don't wish it for you, far from it! I just wish I could come back more often 😉👍 THANK YOU and BRAVO!

A wonderful discovery! Pool, spa, saunas, everything is there. The food is decent and the staff very attentive. I highly recommend it! 👍

Rooms are a bit small but this review is about the dinner restaurant The goods: -service was good -ambiance and cuteness is impeccable The bads -THE FOOD: they think they made a masterpiece but in reality not really we still ate it because we were hungry -it was kind of slow - the meat is dry

We had a very pleasant stay overall at the Chalet Hôtel Le Collet & Spa, mainly thanks to its remarkable spa, which offers a soothing setting and high-quality facilities. The breakfast is excellent, varied, and plentiful. The restaurant is pleasant and well-maintained, and the service is impeccable, but I expected a slightly higher standard, especially knowing it's run by a renowned chef. The food is still very good, but the experience didn't quite live up to the expectations raised by its reputation. The value for money leaves something to be desired. The bedding was too firm, causing back pain upon waking, and the soundproofing is inadequate, as some noises can be heard from the room. Furthermore, one of the bathroom outlets wasn't working, a problem already mentioned in previous reviews, which is regrettable. In conclusion, the experience remains enjoyable, but at the standard rate, it doesn't fully justify the price. Some improvements would be welcome.
