17/06/2026: It is set in a beautiful place at a pleasant lake with hills surrounding the campsite. Unfortunately we did not get a 4 star feeling. The grass was in bad quality we were placed next to some deserted caravans, and above all a sap beetle infestation made us leave early.

10/09/2026: DO NOT GO!!!! The view is beautiful, but that is truly the only positive thing… We came here because it looked nice and you sit beautifully overlooking the lake. Unfortunately, without exaggeration, this turned out to be the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. Upon arrival, we were not greeted and had to wait behind a chain. Eventually, we got a nice table by the water, a drink fairly quickly, and our order was taken. After that, absolutely everything went wrong. After 1.5 hours, we still had no food, and no one had come by again for drinks. Because it was getting colder by then, we moved closer to the restaurant and politely pointed this out. Then, to our surprise, a staff member asked if we still wanted to eat. We tried to explain via Google Translate that we had already ordered 1.5 hours ago, but virtually nothing was done with that, and we were given a menu again. Later, we were moved a little further because of a terribly flickering fluorescent light. We pointed that out as well. Again, someone came to ask what we wanted to order. So, our original order had clearly just been forgotten. When we asked if the food could come quickly, the owner came over. Instead of apologies, he started shouting at us on the terrace. After finally about 2 hours and 15 minutes, the food arrived. And even that was incredibly bad. We were given no cutlery or napkins, and when we went to get them ourselves, we were shouted at again. The food was COLD. One dish wasn't even what we had ordered, the potatoes were undercooked, the salad was swimming in a sour concoction, and the meat was cold, tasteless, and barely seasoned. Waiting more than two hours for food that was then also wrongly and poorly prepared. When paying the bill, we indicated that we didn't think it was reasonable to pay the full amount of about €50 after this experience and only asked if they could do something reasonable with the bill. That's when it got really bizarre. The owner started shouting at me again and called over people from the terrace who, in our impression, had been drinking. They stood in front of the exit, held me back, and I was even grabbed. Next, about five people stood around us, several of whom were shouting at us. My girlfriend felt really unsafe because of this. After that, it was also claimed that it was our own fault the food hadn't arrived because we had moved after 1.5 hours. Even though we had indicated this, and groups that arrived later had already eaten and left. A mistake had simply been made. That can happen, but then apologize and resolve it instead of blaming your guests and shouting at them. Because no one spoke English, I asked if there was anyone we could communicate with normally. Subsequently, there was a threat to call the police. Fine by me, since by then I was being grabbed and we were being intimidated by multiple people. Ultimately, my girlfriend mainly wanted to get out of this situation. So, we just paid and left. So: waiting for more than two hours, order forgotten, hardly any service, cold and bad food, undercooked potatoes, no cutlery, no apologies, and finally shouting, intimidation, and even being physically grabbed after we indicated we were not satisfied. Truly bizarrely bad. The view over the lake is stunning. For literally everything else, I would absolutely avoid this place. 1 star because 0 stars is not possible.
