Rediscovering a gluten-free bread I used to buy at my organic supermarket. I bought six half-loaves to enjoy over several days. All excellent, with a special mention for the corn bread. The pastries were only slightly less delicious.

This sweet melody intensifies with every step. Suddenly, a waft of aroma timidly escapes from a bakery; I am transported back to my childhood, when my body didn't reject gluten, when the pain au chocolat was my soulmate. However, I quickly return to the reality of my daily life: without bread or pastries. Following the siren's osmotic call, I arrive at the shopfront already knowing I won't be able to enjoy the pastry's sweetness. How surprised I was when I saw that I could savor each and every one of the rolls. Like an altar, Chamberlland was a sacred treasure to me. At the counter, a bold young man served me: the first bite of the raspberry éclair snapped me out of my reverie; it was an escape from the cold and gloom of Paris. A different idea of ​​bread, accessible to all.

This is a gluten-free bakery with an attached cafe. The staff (who had training badges on them) were poorly organized, so it took too long for the food to come out. My friend's soup was completely cold. I ordered a cookie. The cookie dough itself was delicious, but the hazelnuts on top weren't roasted, so the texture was disappointing. The shop is a little tucked away, quiet, and has a nice atmosphere, making it a great place to relax.

I specifically went to try the vegan pain de sucre and it did not disappoint! It had a delicious crunch on the outside with a moist, softness on the inside. A perfect begining to my day but really I could eat at anytime. With a good variety of vegan options, I definitely plan on trying them during my next visit!
