Everything is perfect. This place is well worth a visit and deserves to be better known. The waitress is very pleasant, offers great advice, and lets you taste the wines at the bar.
The food is absolutely delicious, featuring animals raised right there on the road. The concept is also excellent for connecting farmers with customers.
Seriously, go there; it's a fantastic restaurant.

This restaurant is precious, and still a bit secret, between Biarritz and Spain. The food is 100% local, often organic, the chef, Antoine, is a genius who cooks fish, meat and vegetables in such a perfect timing that it is a miracle. The ambiance is very friendly, one can get his own plate or help the waiter with the glasses. The wine is all natural or "vin sain" and Bianca, at the bar, helps you choose with a smile and endless patience. The price is right, for they pay the farmers fairly, but also honest considering the quality of the food. Lovely place.

Incredible. A small, community-run restaurant. A small, homemade menu that changes daily. Local produce. The owner is remarkably kind and attentive. You feel right at home. You simply order at the counter, and the food is then served at your table. The kind of authentic place that's sorely lacking. I highly recommend it.

A unique community-run restaurant with fresh, seasonal, and homemade products. The daily menu features flavors perfectly suited to the heatwave, and there are small plates to choose from and share. The service was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere in the covered but open dining room was pleasant, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air.
A wonderful stop that we hope to return to.

A warm welcome, a handwritten menu on a large slate where you make your selection at the entrance. A small selection, but everything is very good, fresh, cooked to perfection, and seasoned so well you want to finish every bite. We chose this restaurant somewhat by chance as it was near our accommodation, and we'll definitely go back before we leave.

I wholeheartedly recommend experiencing the culinary delights of Arotzenia for several reasons:
- Antoine, Maëlle, and Paul's cuisine is committed to sustainability (the ingredients are carefully selected, the vast majority are local, sourced from farmers known to the team, and even the excellent coffee is locally sourced!), and it's also delicious (a cuisine that is bold, simple, and generous, where vegetables are valued as much as meat and fish);
- Bia's gentle and warm welcome will make you feel right at home;
- a place filled with wood, plants, and a friendly, unpretentious atmosphere where you'll feel completely at ease;
- and a strong commitment: Arotzenia is a community-run restaurant dedicated to feeding everyone. You will certainly be very welcome!
