We received a warm welcome and excellent service at the Champ' Alsace Hotel. The rooms have clearly been recently renovated and are very clean. The mattresses are comfortable. The location is very close to the charming town center of Haguenau. The breakfast could be more substantial (with eggs, in particular). Thank you for your hospitality.

24/04/2026: I had already enjoyed pastries and viennoiseries from Maxime's several times, but this was my first time dining in for lunch. We ordered two salads (a Greek-style salad with marinated vegetables, feta, and chicken, and a pasta salad with avocado, salmon, and shrimp) and a cheesecake to top it all off. Our salads were generously portioned and delicious, as was the dessert. I would have appreciated a few pieces of bread to accompany the salad; I imagine that would be an extra charge? Whether you eat in or take away, Pâtisserie Maxime offers a variety of baked goods and pastries, as well as several savory options (hot and cold) that are sure to delight everyone!
30/12/2025: As loyal customers, we ordered a signature yule log which was perfect, and received a very warm welcome despite the crowds.

06/04/2026: What a wonderful Easter Monday meal! The staff were friendly and professional. The food was excellent, and our 7-year-old son ate the entire set menu (from starter to dessert) and thoroughly enjoyed it. A truly wonderful moment of sharing, delicious food, and smiles.
