Some will call it a “classic” restaurant, “traditional” cuisine, but if you frequently go to a restaurant, it becomes rare to find someone who masters what they offer.
Here, we do not revisit, we do not deconstruct, we do not invent. But the cooking is perfect, the seasonings balanced, the sauces (morels!) to die for.
