Far from the hustle and bustle of tourist traps, here, we cook. Some will call it a “classic” restaurant, “traditional” cuisine, but if you frequently go to a restaurant, it becomes rare to find someone who masters what they offer. Here, we do not revisit, we do not deconstruct, we do not invent. But the cooking is perfect, the seasonings balanced, the sauces (morels!) to die for. Very pleasant service and welcome. THANKS. A restaurant for 2 or for ten, in an exceptional setting. Thank you for this very pleasant moment, and for the birthday cake offered the day before at 8:30 p.m.!
