I don't think it would be easy to find pho this delicious even in Vietnam. I ordered the V2 Satay Pho from the menu, and it had a lovely peanut aroma and was packed with umami.

Being a huge fan of pho, I've tried all the ones in Paris (even the ones in Belleville and the 13th arrondissement 😌) and this one remains the best of all. Get the special V3 pho, the small one, because it's seriously filling.
