Chapeau de Paille sur Saint-Remy-De-Provence

Une belle découverte … arrivés un peu par hasard nous avons eu la dernière table de libre. L’aïoli et le thon au menu du jour nous ont enchantés ainsi que le clafoutis maison !

Too expensive , for what it is. I will rate the dishes as ok, nothing special, astonished to be rated as Michelin. Will not go again

We ate here, with 3 of us having the cod aioli and 1 the lamb. The aioli made the cod dish. The lamb came medium, which was more done than I wanted, but tender with a great sauce. The desserts were huge. We hated 2 for the 4 of us and recommend the chocolate mousse and clafoutis. The restaurant owner is cheerful and funny.

We ate very well, I almost kidnapped the chef so that he could prepare his delicious meals for us at home, obviously the boss tied him up in the kitchen out of fear. 🤣🤣🤣 Many thanks again for your good cooking and kindness.

Very good restaurant in Saint Remy

Quality Provençal cuisine with honest prices in a very touristy village. Special mention to the clafoutis.

The starter was a huge mountain of vegetables with a huge pot of anchovy cream. We only ate part of it. The waitress rattled off her menu. The main course was better, but not what we were used to in Provence.

Frankly unfavorable value for money. €50 per person for a two-course menu of mediocre quality. insufficient staff to cope with around twenty seats
