Progress has been made in terms of customer service: smiling and professional staff, hair tied back (I mention this because once a saleswoman had long, loose hair that kept dragging on the food when she bent down to grab something from the display case). Well done on the improvement!

A very pleasant bakery with good products and a wide variety. The salesperson, whose name I believe is Victor, was very helpful! I will be back.

We ordered a cake for our 13-year-old daughter's birthday with a "glitter" theme, and what a delight to discover this creation, a theme that isn't so easy to pull off! With its Nutella and vanilla flavor, all the children loved it… What more can we say than bravo, simply amazing! We highly recommend it! Thank you again to Le Chardon Bleu for this gem!

Non-alcoholic cocktail reception for a conference. Value for money: very good (delivery included) Variety, freshness, presentation, and taste: excellent for both savory and sweet dishes Innovative menu, much appreciated. Friendly and professional speakers. Highly recommended.

The quality of the pastries and drinks is okay, nothing special (too sweet for my taste, but as usual...), the service is slow and a bit rushed... in short, the blue thistle is disappointing! I fear that the competition will get the better of this Grenoble institution...
