What can I say, the French pastries are very good, especially the iltop croissants

Good morning, Regular customer of this bakery, I would like to note here my disappointment regarding the galette des rois that I bought (€27 is not nothing) and that it was not our disappointment (especially that of the children in fact). ) not to find any beans in the cake!! I sincerely think that by applying such a price, we have put in place a protocol which allows us to avoid this type of error. What frustration among the children, difficult to explain the situation to them… in short, it will be said in person the next time I visit them….

We had our 2 desserts for New Year's Eve. A more than neat presentation, it was visually very pretty. And very good as usual. (Lemon tart and safari)

Certainly the Best pastry bakery in Colmar. Everything is excellent, bread, pastry, pretzel. A word of advice: try the eskimos. Exceptional.
