A seafood restaurant ideally located in Cros de Cagnes for several decades. It's a family business. A warm and friendly welcome awaits you, with a professional team dedicated to your comfort. The dishes are fresh, generous, and delicious. I highly recommend it for events like wedding anniversaries, for example, as the tables are elegantly set and the food is exquisite. But seafood lovers of all kinds will be equally delighted.

We received a very warm welcome from the restaurant staff. The small red mullet and squid appetizers, the bouillabaisse, the fresh, delicate, and perfectly seasoned fish, and the flavorful vegetables were all excellent. A great experience that I highly recommend in a friendly atmosphere. We will gladly return.

Today, my journey ended at Charlot 1er, a true institution in Cagnes-sur-Mer. I was greeted with great kindness and professionalism by the entire team, always smiling and attentive, not forgetting the owners, whose warm welcome makes all the difference. I discovered the set menu, a truly delightful experience from beginning to end: a remarkably fresh, delicate, and perfectly seasoned scallop carpaccio, followed by flavorful, generous, and delicious shrimp pasta. To finish, a light and perfectly balanced strawberry soup with whipped cream. Everything was absolutely excellent: the quality of the ingredients, the impeccable freshness of the seafood, the perfect balance of flavors, and the care taken with each dish. You can immediately taste the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients, as is evident throughout their entire menu, which I wholeheartedly recommend. A truly delicious and enjoyable experience in a friendly setting where you always feel welcome. Thank you again to the whole team for this delightful moment; I'm never disappointed and I will definitely be back.

This restaurant was a real find. The service was impeccable. The meal was exceptionally good. A must-try restaurant if you're visiting Cagnes-sur-Mer.

The service was generally poor. The chef and male waiters were perfectly fine, but the two female waitresses gave me a terrible experience. The restaurant opens at 7 pm, and I arrived around 7:10 pm. The older woman seemed not to speak English, and a younger woman greeted me, but she seemed very unhappy. After confirming I wanted dinner, she even rolled her eyes at me 🙄. When I said "inside," she casually pointed to an outside seat and told me to sit there, showing she was completely inattentive. When it was time to pay, the older woman came and gave me the wrong bill. I even left the restaurant, but a staff member chased me out to pay, making me feel very embarrassed, as if I had skipped out on the bill. Although I was dining alone, it still cost 79 euros, and the service made it feel completely overpriced. This was the worst dining experience I've had in France.

The perfect spot if you love fish and seafood. Although situated on a busy road, you also have a beautiful sea view. The atmosphere is relaxed, but the service is top-notch. Afterwards, don't forget to order the 'soufflé au grand marnier'... heavenly delicious!
