From arriving at the castle with its impressive entrance, to the olive tree path, to the welcome by the hostesses, to the villa in the heart of the forest, with the sound of birds by the fireplace, to the private breakfast in the villa, it's a haven of peace.

So I only had a very quick visit, but what I can say for sure is that the place is extremely well-maintained, you look very pretty, and the few employees I spoke to were very friendly and professional.

We've stayed there several times and have never been disappointed. The service is what you'd expect from a Relais & Châteaux. The rooms are clean. The staff are attentive – a haven of peace!

My wife and I returned to Château de Berne for the New Year, and once again the experience far exceeded our expectations.
We know the place well and return regularly, but the pleasure remains undiminished with each stay.
From the Michelin-starred restaurant to the bistro, everything is just right and perfectly executed. The spa is a true sanctuary, the bar always inviting, the room immaculate, and the château's surroundings offer that rare sense of calm and understated elegance.
It's a place where everything seems effortlessly in its place, and where you immediately feel at ease. It's a place we are deeply attached to and where we will return, as always, with the same enthusiasm.

Unfortunately, I didn't stay at the hotel, but we did enjoy a lovely walk around Bern Castle.
It's a very beautiful place.
