Chateau de Bobigneux sur Saint-Sauveur-En-Rue

What a wonderful discovery that of the Château de Bobigneux! On vacation in the region, we had lunch there last Monday. The weather conditions being unfavorable, the terrace was not open but we clearly understood how pleasant it must be to eat there when the weather permits. After being warmly welcomed, we took our seats inside, in a room with a warm atmosphere. The atmosphere was serene, with visibly all around us a clientele composed mainly of regulars (which is obviously always a good sign). We opted for the seasonal menu with both an oyster mushroom puff pastry as a starter, then a guinea fowl supreme, to finish with a cheese plate on the one hand and a verbena ice cream on the other. The portions were generous, everything was very good, really well cooked (aside from cheeses which had been duly selected). The wine we chose also accompanied our meal perfectly. In the dining room, the ladies present were as pleasant as they were efficient. We mainly dealt with Fanny (whose first name was pronounced by one of her colleagues, which allowed us to note it) whose professionalism, kindness and great sense of welcome can only be highlighted. . Suffice to say in these conditions that we had an excellent time at the Château de Bobigneux. So, above all, don’t change anything!

Super good meal and very warm welcome

We came across this restaurant by chance. In fact we have the PassTime card, the reviews were very good. Reservation made the same day, a Saturday lunchtime, by telephone and here we are installed on the terrace in the shade of the trees. The setting is truly magnificent with the building and the exterior. The staff is smiling and friendly. Clear explanations given. No à la carte dish but choice between 2 menus: one at €33 with starter, main course and dessert and another at €46 with starter, 2 main courses and dessert. Cheeses extra for 2 to 4.50€. Vegetarian dishes offered. A big favorite for the tomato salad and basil ice cream starter, very fresh with this heat and much appreciated! A little long wait between starter and main course but there were people and we were so comfortable sitting on this terrace. In any case, very good discovery, we recommend the place and it is certain: we will return there!

The welcome, the service is very pleasant, a big thank you to the chef for his dishes which are always as tasty with sourced and local products. A culinary treat for sure!!! Very decent restaurant! The setting is very pretty, the castle very charming!

Ne vous laissez pas impressionné par le cadre d'exception et ce château superbe en pensant que vous allez vous faire pécuniairement assassiner. Un menu seul est proposé, le soir, et il est à 33€. On en a pour son argent. Dans un cadre magnifique la cuisine est excellente est tout est de production locale. En amoureux ou en famille, c'est là qu'il faut aller pour passer un moment hors du temps et bien manger.

Que du bonheur, une organisation parfaite pour les 25 ans et 18 ans de nos enfants. De l'accueil, à l'apéritif et tout au long du repas, le personnel était aux petits soins. Des produits locaux mis en valeur et parfaitement cuisinés, de très bons conseils pour les vins et le champagne. En plus la météo était avec nous pour l'apéritif à l'extérieur. De nombreux convives ont découvert le paleron de veau. Encore félicitations à tous les intervenants pour l'organisation de ce repas pour 37 personnes. Au plaisir de revenir
