An incredible hotel in a perfectly maintained and decorated authentic medieval castle. The staff, the setting, the room amenities, the activities (pool, tennis, electric bikes...), the restaurant—absolutely everything is a delight. This was our second stay there, and it won't be our last.

A lovely little café with a terrace, very pleasant and relaxing, we will gladly come back for a coffee break during our next motorcycle rides!

The wedding was very well managed by Bruno. Leila is incompetent and unpleasant to both the staff and the bride and groom. Avoid working with her for your own peace of mind.

During a hike, we had coffee on the terrace. The welcome was very warm, the place magnificent, and a charming hostess showed us around the castle and gardens. We can't wait to come and spend a night there.

What can we say about our three-day stay in this magnificent castle? The Bluebeard room is stunning: the decor, the size, and the bathroom are truly lovely. The restaurant: a full menu, exquisite cuisine with sophisticated flavors, and a very helpful and attentive waitress who was as efficient as she was charming. The reception: pleasant and helpful staff. The bar: the same waitress behind the bar made an excellent "Aldin's Secret" cocktail. We should have asked for the recipe, actually. Breakfast: It's quite comprehensive, with pancakes and French toast available from the menu. The service was also very efficient. Location: ideally situated not far from Thiers, which we visited, as well as several other nearby castles, it was a very informative journey into history. Thank you again for everything.

Everything was perfect. Magnificent setting, a castle in the park, impeccable staff and service. Superb room, plus we were upgraded at no extra cost. Excellent meal at the restaurant as well as a very complete breakfast. I highly recommend this excellent place.
