Superb dinner, masterful and truly surprising cuisine (tastes and textures)
The food and wine pairing was perfect and, not to mention anything, a very professional service whilst remaining simple with a very friendly team. In summary, a very good time!

Food always on top! Impeccable service. Unquestionably worth 2 stars, because well above the star awarded to other restaurants around Aix. The cuisine is inventive and careful. Only one problem maybe, the price of the water carafe, right? Thank you for always delighting us with your new creations.

I only rate the restaurant because I did not stay at the hotel.

We ate last night at this restaurant located a few minutes from Aix en Provence.
Truly spectacular Valentine's Day menu. Taste associations that are new to us and all very spot on. The menu created by chef Reboul is worth every penny spent for this beautiful culinary experience.
The 4 stars are due to a service which unfortunately (in our opinion) is not up to 1 Michelein star.
Overall highly recommended restaurant!

An unforgettable sensory experience.
Very high quality flavors and presentations.
A dusted, smiling, friendly and caring service.
We discuss, we learn, we laugh and we enjoy ourselves, until our lips and fingers are licked.
For my Spanish wife to tell me she wants to do it again means everything was great.

We had lunch at the restaurant, it was an incredible time!
A very attentive service, very professional and at the same time very warm. An expert sommelier who takes us on a journey through the dishes.
A 6-course menu, each more delicious than the last. Do not hesitate! A suspended moment!
