Château des Briottières sur Champigne

What a magnificent place just 30 minutes from Angers! We were looking for a place to spend the night, and for the price of a room in a chain hotel in the center of Angers, we found this timeless place. The garden is immense, the sunrise at 7:30 a.m. over the park is majestic, the bedding is perfect, and the welcome is warm. I highly recommend this destination and will definitely return the next time we're in the area.

An enchanting interlude. The place is splendid, both inside and out. The welcome is warm, you feel right at home! Excellent dinner and breakfast. It's flawless!

Exceptional location Excellent cuisine

We arrived at the hotel towards evening and received the keys. The manager of the place welcomed us warmly. The hotel has a lounge with a self-service bar at no additional cost and also access to the hotel door with a code. The hotel is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The rooms are large and luxurious with a bathtub facing the window with a view of trees, simply a dream. Don't miss the garden located in the hotel's space. The autumn season is the most beautiful in my opinion. 🌞

We just need to review the hot water distribution. The arrival takes a very long time.

Very beautiful site, rather well located if you want to visit the castles of Anjou. Comfortable rooms, with beautiful views of the park. Friendly staff. Excellent cuisine.

Always a delight to stay at the Chateau Briottieres. The staff are a delight, the food exceptional, the building is spectacular. We have been visiting for more than 20 years and it manages to maintain a unique atmosphere which makes it so special. Well done. We will be returning time and time again.
