Château des Briottières sur Champigne

As some of the first guests of the season, we found the property to be exactly as pictured, with a lovely atmosphere in the common rooms. We especially appreciated the owner's personal welcome and his kindness in helping us throughout our stay, including preparing the fireplace for us at night. The property has been in his family for over a hundred years! The meals, particularly the breakfast spread, were excellent. Our two children also had a wonderful time exploring the grounds and riding bikes along the property paths. While the weather was too cold to use the pool, it looks like a fantastic amenity for warmer months. Overall, it was a truly magical visit that our family will always remember.

The Château des Briottières is magnificent. We were greeted by Arnaud, the owner, upon our arrival. The estate is absolutely incredible. We were the only guests on that weekday and were able to fully enjoy the tranquility of the château and admire the different rooms and their individual decor. We had a meal served in the dining room, and beforehand, we enjoyed an aperitif in the green lounge. Impeccable service and a very warm welcome. Thank you, and please continue to maintain this wonderful estate.

A superb experience at Château des Briottières! We spent an absolutely magical night in this charming place. The setting is exceptional, with a magnificent park that invites relaxation and complete disconnection. The château is impeccably maintained, and the "family home" atmosphere provides a true authenticity that you don't find in typical hotels. The room was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, with a lot of character. You truly feel transported to another era, while still enjoying all the necessary comforts. Special mention goes to the warm and attentive welcome, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast and dinner were also excellent, featuring high-quality products. An ideal place for a timeless family getaway. We will definitely be back!

I was cycling across France and had a wonderful stay at this castle. You're personally greeted by the owner. The castle is still in the family's hands, and they live entirely off tourism! Many castles have been sold and are no longer open to the public. But this one is. Everything is still original and actively used. I highly recommend this place. I was amazed to find something like this still exists! I wish the family all the best.
