A truly exceptional experience! Everything is superb: the setting, the welcome, the food… all served by an incredibly attentive team! The cuisine is traditional regional with a touch of boldness and surprising flavors. In short, I highly recommend this establishment!

What a joy to have a Michelin-starred restaurant in our village, with an impeccable kitchen brigade and service.
Refined and succulent cuisine, brought to life by an approachable chef who connects with his clientele.
We had the pleasure of visiting the kitchens: apart from the simmering of the pans, an incredible silence reigned, with meticulous organization.

Chef Romuald Fassenet's cuisine is divine, the wines are wonderful, and the bread is a delight. This Michelin-starred chef, with over 20 years of experience, perfectly blends all the riches of Burgundy, Franche-Comté, and the surrounding countryside. 👏🤩 The decor and grounds are equally magnificent.
