Chateau du Val sur Saint-Germain-En-Laye

We had a wonderful family holiday with our children. The welcome, the quality of the food, and the setting were truly outstanding. I also had the opportunity to enjoy a massage with Cristina: a truly relaxing experience. She is very attentive, gentle, and caring, and she was able to relieve my tension, allowing me to fully unwind. A big thank you to Cristina and the entire team at Maison du Val for this lovely stay.

I booked a table at this establishment on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, for brunch with my wife (€55 per person). We were received in a very friendly and professional manner by the staff. The buffet was generous and varied (with unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks). The buffet was of very high quality. The chef was very friendly and approachable. The only drawback was that there was a company seminar taking place, so we were seated in a small, intimate, and period-style room. However, we were in the passageway leading to the seminar room. We were disturbed by the constant coming and going, the loud music, and the speeches of the participants. At times, some seminar participants were using inappropriate language among themselves as they left the room. We were also unable to take advantage of the library and the dairy. The premises are historic and very charming. All of these factors spoiled our visit.

Great place for a weekend with the kids !

I organized my husband's surprise 40th birthday party over three days at Maison Du Val, and it was simply fantastic! The venue is incredible, and the concept is perfect for families. The prices are reasonable, and we received lots of thoughtful touches and very appreciated gestures. A huge thank you to Sahra, who meticulously planned the event, and to Thanou in the service department. They were both kind, efficient, helpful, and thought of everything! We were truly pampered, and we would gladly return for a more relaxing weekend. One small suggestion: it would be great to have bicycles available for adults (the balance bikes for children are great, but we would have loved to be able to ride them around!). Thanks again to the whole team!

A precious and peaceful moment in an idyllic setting. The countryside on the edge of town. Attentive staff, a variety of activities, a clean and comfortable room, high-quality meals and products, and a relaxing environment. Everything you could want from a comfortable country getaway.

A very pleasant stay. The place is lovely, a wonderful escape near Paris. We really enjoyed the proximity to the forest, which allowed us to take a very pleasant walk to the castle. A special mention for Christina's massage, which managed to restore mobility to my shoulders (following a fall a few weeks ago). I was expecting a "standard" massage, but I received therapeutic treatment. I highly recommend it.

A perfect place to spend quality time with family and relax! Special mention for the restaurant, which is absolutely fabulous, both in terms of selection and quality. The forest right next door is a joy for running or walking. We were a family of five in a family room (suite), but unfortunately, these are the furthest from the common areas and also poorly laid out (a sofa bed that leaves little room to move around and a bathroom in the children's room...). This really needs to be addressed when you're paying almost €1000 for a night... The rest is perfect, so I'm keeping my 5 stars and we will definitely be back.

An incredible experience in this field! The management and team do everything to ensure guests have the best possible stay. But at this level of luxury, they aren't just guests, they're guests. Every little detail is taken care of for each person, whether guests or staff. As for breakfast, the lunch buffet, and dinner, a chef and his team prepare succulent dishes. It was incredible! They have an extraordinary garden! It's peaceful and clean! Thank you for this experience! Romain Extracadabra
