We came as a family for the Easter weekend, 3 nights. Everything was absolutely perfect! The place is splendid! But above all, the staff is incredible, extremely kind and attentive. The chef is as exceptional as his cuisine. We had so much fun! Cristina for messages is wonderful too. Everything is organized so that adults and children live together in harmony. Our little darlings are as pampered as the adults. Thank you, to each person at Maison du Val for allowing us to feel at home, at yours. We will come back with great pleasure and will not fail to talk about it around us and here so that everyone knows that it is a place to discover urgently! Thanks again 🤍 Papin / Marly family

We had a great cozy weekend! :-) Very good and qualitative buffets, just like the aperitifs, very professional team, very kind and attentive (thanks in particular to the catering team as well as to Laetitia and Alice!), very well maintained area and conducive to relaxation. Thanks again! Vincent

As part of my stay, I enjoyed a massage with Cristina and came away enchanted. Cristina massages with the desire to do good and relieve all our tensions, back, neck, skull, legs, feet... and all with just the right amount of pressure. After that, the pleasure of a Nordic bath, good meals, in a magnificent setting. Relaxation guaranteed for a weekend.

The place and the staff are pleasant. We enjoyed being able to enjoy the facilities at our own pace and according to our desires. The meals offered are of high quality and with a multitude of choices. The only downside is that the dining rooms are very noisy and some of the equipment is outdated and could do with some updating.

26/03/2024: The dishes, the desserts... are really very good and lovely presentation Also pleasant setting, with a terrace in summer. The boss, on the other hand, is not always friendly. It's too bad.
16/03/2024: Mixed experience in this restaurant very well located opposite the castle. The place is nevertheless welcoming despite the high attendance. The room is tastefully decorated. The wait is a little long, the service lacks friendliness and personality. It's a shame. The menu is well studied and the dishes sought after. The kitchen is no exception. The dishes are tasty although not very filling. It is better to have a starter, one dish is not enough. The price is not shocking, for the quality of the products offered and the location of the restaurant. However, there is a little something missing to set this restaurant apart from the others, both in terms of the cuisine and the general atmosphere.

05/04/2024: Gourmet restaurant in the center of Saint Germain. nice atmosphere and nice menu, but some good and some not so good on the plate: the presentation of the dishes was top notch, good ingredients and inventive recipes. The octopus was very good, but a little tough. the tuna was perfectly cooked but bland. in the assortment of desserts, one out of 2 was bland. therefore, we remain with a mixed impression
20/03/2024: Bad atmosphere due to people at a very very noisy and disrespectful table!! What a hurry to leave!!!! Damage !!!
