A wonderful discovery. Everything was perfect for a fantastic experience: delicious, generous, and carefully prepared dishes, all homemade. The welcome was particularly warm and attentive, and the service impeccable from start to finish. The prices are reasonable considering the quality. A charming place that I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful evening at Le Manège. The servers were very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the rack of lamb. Generous portions and perfectly cooked! We'll definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

A charming restaurant I'd been wanting to try for a long time. I ordered the starter and the signature dish to be on the safe side. The starter, the mushroom stew, was excellent, very generous, but perhaps a bit too heavy on the Munster cheese. The main course, veal tenderloin in a crispy pastry shell, didn't appeal to me at all. I ate it, but without much enthusiasm. For dessert, a huge floating island, which was very good. Impeccable service, pleasant atmosphere. My companions enjoyed it, but for me, it was a bit of a mixed bag. A shame, especially at that price.

26/05/2026: We had a wonderful family holiday with our children. The welcome, the quality of the food, and the setting were truly outstanding. I also had the opportunity to enjoy a massage with Cristina: a truly relaxing experience. She is very attentive, gentle, and caring, and she was able to relieve my tension, allowing me to fully unwind. A big thank you to Cristina and the entire team at Maison du Val for this lovely stay.
20/05/2026: I booked a table at this establishment on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, for brunch with my wife (€55 per person). We were received in a very friendly and professional manner by the staff. The buffet was generous and varied (with unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks). The buffet was of very high quality. The chef was very friendly and approachable. The only drawback was that there was a company seminar taking place, so we were seated in a small, intimate, and period-style room. However, we were in the passageway leading to the seminar room. We were disturbed by the constant coming and going, the loud music, and the speeches of the participants. At times, some seminar participants were using inappropriate language among themselves as they left the room. We were also unable to take advantage of the library and the dairy. The premises are historic and very charming. All of these factors spoiled our visit.

25/04/2026: Excellent cuisine at a very reasonable price. A menu of 5 starters and 5 main courses with quality ingredients. Everything looks tempting, and the results live up to the menu. The terrace on a pleasant little square is delightful. The wait was short, even though we arrived at the end of service. The waiter was fast and a bit reserved, but he was working alone and was efficient! Just what you need for a great time. Thank you.
18/04/2026: Super affordable menu for delicious and generous portions! Quick and friendly service. Their terrace is a real bonus. I'll definitely be back to eat here next time I'm in Saint-Germain-en-Laye! 😋
