This is my favorite restaurant every time I go to Saint-Germain-en-Laye. The food is superb and the waiter is friendly. The wine glasses are well poured!

We stumbled into this restaurant for a quick drink, the waiters were lovely and very welcoming, we had a great time and we'll definitely go back 👌🏼☺️

Have a lovely evening on the terrace in this charming and welcoming setting. From the appetizer to the main course to dessert, it was a delight. The meat was succulent, the cuisine was excellent French, and the service was simple, efficient, and friendly, with attentive staff. Traditional restaurant Highly recommended! 👨‍🌾 👨‍🍳

A true chef with well-composed starters and main courses, not to mention the desserts, and the menu changes daily. So, a real restaurant. A beautifully decorated dining room and friendly, warm, and competent service. And the best part: excellent value for money. In short, you won't find anything like it anywhere else in Saint-Germain-en-Laye.

A wonderful discovery! This French brasserie is truly welcoming, with a warm and charming atmosphere. The dishes are delicious and well-prepared, with a special mention for the beef tart, which was absolutely excellent and particularly flavorful. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality. I also loved the decor, which is original and vibrant, featuring two adorable little dogs and even two parrots! 🐶🦜 It gives the place a very friendly and unique atmosphere. A truly enjoyable experience, from the food and ambiance to the service. I highly recommend it!

26/05/2026: We had a wonderful family holiday with our children. The welcome, the quality of the food, and the setting were truly outstanding. I also had the opportunity to enjoy a massage with Cristina: a truly relaxing experience. She is very attentive, gentle, and caring, and she was able to relieve my tension, allowing me to fully unwind. A big thank you to Cristina and the entire team at Maison du Val for this lovely stay.
20/05/2026: I booked a table at this establishment on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, for brunch with my wife (€55 per person). We were received in a very friendly and professional manner by the staff. The buffet was generous and varied (with unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks). The buffet was of very high quality. The chef was very friendly and approachable. The only drawback was that there was a company seminar taking place, so we were seated in a small, intimate, and period-style room. However, we were in the passageway leading to the seminar room. We were disturbed by the constant coming and going, the loud music, and the speeches of the participants. At times, some seminar participants were using inappropriate language among themselves as they left the room. We were also unable to take advantage of the library and the dairy. The premises are historic and very charming. All of these factors spoiled our visit.

04/07/2026: Update from July 4, 2026: Lately, the service has become even more disorganized than before, resulting in long waits and the need to keep asking to be served. It's a shame. The welcome and the platters are lovely. The terrace is pleasant and the prices are very reasonable. A nice place, even if the service is a bit disorganized.
