Visited the castle during the Christmas season...very beautiful decorations in all the rooms...the park and outbuildings are very pleasant for walking...

Magnificent castle. The free parking is a real plus. You can visit with an audio guide or on your own. The decorations were stunning during the Christmas season. The grounds are superb, and the staff are friendly both in the shops and at the castle. I absolutely loved this place.

Incredibly rich in history and intrigue, this was one of my favorite castles in the Loire valley. Beautiful gardens, unique architectural elements and seeing all the donkeys really made this visit unforgettable.

Incredible! Chenonceau Castle was adorned with its most beautiful Christmas decorations. It was magical. Bravo to those who created the superb floral arrangements. We're still starry-eyed.
