An unmissable place and one of the most beautiful in my opinion, Chateau de la Loire. The visit is well guided. We also appreciated the 16th century farm and the labyrinth The apothecary deserves to be developed in my opinion.

I loved visiting this castle. Its architecture is breathtaking. The brightness is incredible with, thanks to its structure, an almost constant view of the dear. It is also known as the 'ladies' castle' and its role as a military hospital during the First World War. Advice, avoid visiting it on a Sunday because it's crazy crowded, for the rest you have to go because it's a must!

This is another of the most beautiful castles I could have known, it was a dream to be here, we immersed ourselves in the past, we visited it inside and several rooms are furnished with things from the time, I find it so interesting that it is built on the river , is a unique place and a mandatory visit for those who go to the Loire to see the castles.

The most beautiful of those visited in a week and far ahead of Chambord. Note (small problem) that when we arrived (11 a.m.) the parking lot on the left was full, I had to go to the ticket office to open the other parking lot because a lot of cars were turning or leaving. Quite a few people for on a weekday, also note the rudeness of people who jostle you or pass in front of you when taking a photo, and it's not the French who are the worst.

Auberge du Bon Laboureur

31/03/2024: We had a lovely Easter dinner at Auberge du Bon Laboureur! I had specifically chosen this restaurant for the great reviews and having vegetarian options. The food definitely didn't disappoint and all the extras as part of the meal were a lovely touch. The service was let down by one staff member who was quite short with us but the rest of the team were lovely and very a accommodating. The overall experience was really nice!

31/10/2023: Really something different... something special. Very individual concept. Nice owner/service. The taste is completely convincing. (although not entirely cheap and manageable in terms of quantity) Bicycle parking behind the house.
