A wonderful time! We came to enjoy a fantastic seafood platter and excellent wines. The waiters and owner were incredibly attentive 🫶 special mention to Wilson who treated us to a delicious meal. The Parisians will be back!!

The seafood platter is always excellent; we enjoyed oysters, grilled prawns, and razor clams. The staff is attentive and very kind. I recommend it 100%.

Relaxed atmosphere, exceptional quality & freshness... A perfect place to spend an unforgettable Sunday! Rarely have I experienced such relaxed yet attentive service 😎 Starter: freshly cooked fish soup (an umami bomb!), followed by palourde clams (and - not pictured - razor clams), both prepared in a delicate broth of celery, onions, garlic, and white wine. For our main course, we chose a grilled lobster from Brittany, which was served grilled to perfection. We absolutely loved it (the barbecue sauce was finger-licking good 😋)! Starter: freshly cooked fish soup (an umami bomb!), followed by palourde clams (and - not pictured - razor clams), both cooked in a delicate broth of celery, onions, garlic, and white wine. For dessert (not offered at "Chez Alain"), we went to the bakery/pastry shop diagonally opposite "Chez Meunier" and treated ourselves to a Norman apricot and apple tart each 🤩 We highly recommend the "Fischmarkt" location (even though all the goods at Alain are currently on ice ;-)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went there around 11:30 am for a seafood platter. The display was magnificent and mouthwatering, and the welcome was warm! The seafood was exceptionally fresh, accompanied by an excellent little glass of white wine 😍 Thank you for the concept, the authenticity of the place, and the experience! We will definitely be back!!! 🙏🙏

The seafood was truly excellent, with no complaints about freshness or flavor: shrimp, whelks, crab claws, salmon… everything was well-prepared and a pleasure to eat. However, the experience was marred by the lack of clarity regarding quantities and prices. The platter was brought directly to the table, without any indication of the weight or price. As a group of four, we were easily tempted by a second portion, as there were only about ten shrimp…—in the end, we received around twenty—and the bill quickly climbed without us even realizing it. The result: over €100 for everything, plus a jar of mayonnaise charged at €5 without being mentioned in the description. And forget about bread; you'll have to buy it yourself at the bakery… It's a shame, because the quality was there, but the lack of transparency and the poor value for money definitely put us off. We won't be going back.

This place definitely lives up to its reputation. We had a wonderful time, thanks to both the servers and the quality of the seafood. Many thanks again to the whole team!

Excellent shrimp, whelks, and crab claws, super fresh! Good value for money on the shrimp, €10 for 500g. I'll be back.
